Promotional Sweeps Coins require one completed play at 1x their credited value. The Chumba Encore is for a second Gold Coin purchase of at least $24.99 within 30 days of registration. It includes 625,000 Gold Coins and 27.50 free Sweeps Coins, plus 125,000 Gold Coins to collect from the Rewards page within 72 hours. Its free Sweeps Coins alternative is available from account day eight through day 30 and does not require a previous purchase.

Gold Coin Purchases and Eligible Prize Redemptions

Gold Coins are entertainment credits with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, redeemed for prizes, or converted into Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins are promotional entries; unplayed promotional Sweeps Coins are not directly redeemable. After the required playthrough, eligible winnings are recorded separately and may qualify for prize redemption under the official rules.

The minimum request is 100 eligible Sweeps Coins for a cash prize or 25 eligible Sweeps Coins for a gift card. Each eligible Sweeps Coin represents $1 of prize value. Available prize options depend on your jurisdiction. Cash-prize requests require a supported payment account in the verified account holder’s name. Complete identity, residence, and location checks before requesting a prize. Standard review takes three to five business days after complete documentation; payment-provider delivery time is additional.
