At Chumba Spins, our promotions bring extra Gold Coins, free promotional Sweeps Coins, complimentary GC spins, and chances to earn rewards through regular play on eligible games. New players can claim the Chumba First Spin registration reward, while ongoing offers include daily login rewards, a weekly stamp campaign, a free prize wheel, and special events. Each promotion has its own eligibility rules and deadlines, so check its details before claiming.

Gold Coins (GC) are for entertainment only and have no cash value. Sweeps Coins (SC) are free promotional entries for eligible sweepstakes games; only qualifying winnings may be redeemable for a prize. Purchases buy GC only. When a package includes SC, those coins are supplied free, and an alternative free claim route is available under the terms below.

Chumba First Spin Welcome Bonus

New players can collect the Chumba First Spin registration reward: 85,000 GC and 1.50 free SC. No purchase is required.

To claim, verify your email address and mobile number, then select “Collect Welcome Coins.” Claim the reward within seven days of registration. It is limited to one per person, and identity and location checks apply before prize redemption.

The credited SC has a 1x playthrough requirement before resulting eligible winnings can be redeemed. Promotional SC can be played on SC-enabled slots. GC games are available for entertainment, but GC play does not count toward SC playthrough.

First and Second Purchase Offers

Our introductory coin packages add GC and free SC to the purchase experience. These are purchase promotions, not deposit bonuses: purchases buy GC, while any included SC is provided free.

Opening Spin Pack: Make your first eligible GC purchase within 14 days of registration for at least $9.99, and enter code CHUMBAOPEN at checkout. The package provides 240,000 GC, including 80,000 additional GC over the standard introductory package, plus 12 free SC. Before confirming, check that the extra coins appear in the package details. One introductory package is allowed per account.

A free SC claim for the same entitlement is available through Rewards → Free SC Entry during account days 1–14. The purchase offer and the free claim share one entitlement, so claiming one uses the other.

Chumba Encore: On your second GC purchase, select the Encore package for at least $24.99 within 30 days of registration. It includes 625,000 GC and 27.50 free SC, plus a separate 125,000 GC reward to collect from the Rewards page. Collect that additional GC within 72 hours. One Encore reward is allowed per account.

The corresponding free SC alternative opens on account day eight and closes on day 30. It does not require a previous purchase, and it shares the same entitlement as the purchase-associated SC.

Friday Double Gold and Gold Reserve

Eligible players can also find enhanced GC packages during specific offer windows:

• Friday Double Gold: From Friday at 16: 00 UTC through Saturday at 23: 59 UTC, the marked package provides 1,600,000 GC for $39.99 , rather than the standard 800,000 GC. It includes 40 free SC, with no increase to the SC allocation from the GC enhancement. One enhanced package is allowed per account per weekend. A free SC claim is available during the same window and shares the same entitlement.
• Main Stage Gold Reserve: Main Stage members can select this monthly package for 3,750,000 GC for $99.99 . That total includes the standard 3,000,000 GC package plus a 25% GC enhancement. It also includes 100 free SC, matching the standard package allocation. The GC enhancement is limited to one claim per Main Stage member per calendar month.

The free claim for the same 100 SC allocation is open to all verified eligible accounts once per calendar month, with no purchase or loyalty status required. It shares one entitlement with the purchase-associated SC. Friday Double Gold and Gold Reserve cannot be combined with other package enhancements or purchase codes on the same transaction.

Daily Rewards and Free GC Spins

The Daily Spin Rhythm reward gives you a reason to check in each day. Open the Daily Rewards panel and collect the day’s GC and SC reward. No purchase or gameplay is required.

• Day 1: 10,000 GC and 0.10 SC
• Day 2: 12,500 GC and 0.10 SC
• Day 3: 15,000 GC and 0.15 SC
• Day 4: 17,500 GC and 0.15 SC
• Day 5: 20,000 GC and 0.20 SC
• Day 6: 25,000 GC and 0.25 SC

The daily reward resets at 00: 00 UTC. Missing a calendar day restarts the sequence, and collecting day seven begins a new one. Promotional SC from this reward has a 1x playthrough requirement.

For additional complimentary play, Reel Spotlight features 24 spins at 1,000 GC per spin on the non-progressive GC slot shown on the weekly tile. Opt in and collect the bundle; no purchase or previous play is required. Collect it by Thursday at 23: 59 UTC and use it within 48 hours. These spins operate in GC mode only, and any winnings are GC.

Chumba Breaktime Wheel and Community Drop

The Chumba Breaktime Wheel is available Wednesdays from 12: 00 to 23: 59 UTC. Open it from the Rewards page for one free spin per verified account. Each spin awards GC only:

• 7,500 GC (50% chance)
• 20,000 GC (30% chance)
• 60,000 GC (15% chance)
• 150,000 GC (4% chance)
• 600,000 GC (1% chance)

The spin entitlement expires when the event window closes. Wheel awards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for SC.

The monthly Chumba Community Drop provides 32,500 GC and 0.35 free SC. On the second Thursday of each month, from 09: 00 to 21: 00 UTC, enter code CHUMBABEAT on the Rewards page. The code is also displayed in the in-account announcement. It can be claimed once per account during the event window; it is not limited to the first claimants. No purchase, social media membership, sharing, or referral is required. Promotional SC has a 1x playthrough requirement.

Spin Passport Weekly Rewards

With the Chumba Spin Passport, collect one free stamp each day from Monday through Friday by opening that day’s Passport tile. Each stamp awards 12,000 GC. The five tiles contain different letters from “CHUMA,” and completing the set unlocks the Chumba seal and additional rewards: 0.75 SC for three different stamps and 1.25 SC for all five.

Collect up to 60,000 GC and 2 SC each week. Each daily stamp is available until 23: 59 UTC. Claim milestone rewards by Sunday at 23: 59 UTC. No purchase or gameplay is required. Passport SC has a 1x playthrough requirement.

Free Weekend Tournament

The Chumba Equal-Spin Cup is a free-entry GC tournament. Register once between Friday at 18: 00 UTC and Sunday at 18: 00 UTC. Each entrant receives 50 tournament-only spins at 1,000 tournament credits per spin on the designated slot. Tournament credits are separate from regular GC and SC balances.

Rankings are based on total tournament credits won across the 50 spins. Finish all spins by Sunday at 20: 00 UTC. There are no rebuys, purchased entries, or extra spins. Prizes are GC only, and ties share the GC prizes allocated to the affected positions.

• 1st place: 2,000,000 GC per player
• 2nd place: 1,000,000 GC per player
• 3rd place: 600,000 GC per player
• 4th–10th place: 200,000 GC per player
• 11th–25th place: 60,000 GC per player

Prizes are credited within 48 hours. Tournament credits expire when the event closes and cannot be redeemed or transferred.

Chumba Circle Loyalty Rewards

Verified accounts are automatically enrolled in Chumba Circle, our monthly loyalty program. Members earn one Circle Point for each daily reward claim and two points for each Spin Passport stamp. Points are not earned through purchases, SC play, losses, or the size of a GC stake.

Your tier is based on points earned in the previous calendar month and is recalculated on the first day of each month. New accounts begin at Starter.

• Starter (0–19 points): 1x Daily Spin Rhythm GC multiplier, 15,000 monthly GC gift
• Rhythm (20–44 points): 1.25x Daily Spin Rhythm GC multiplier, 50,000 monthly GC gift
• Headliner (45–69 points): 1.5x Daily Spin Rhythm GC multiplier, 175,000 monthly GC gift
• Main Stage (70 or more points): 2x Daily Spin Rhythm GC multiplier, 450,000 monthly GC gift

Collect your monthly GC gift within seven days of tier assignment. The multiplier applies only to the GC portion of Daily Spin Rhythm; it does not multiply SC, purchase packages, tournament prizes, or monthly gifts. Circle Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for either currency. Main Stage members also receive priority account support, subject to standard verification and redemption checks.

Birthday Spin Note

Eligible players can collect the annual Birthday Spin Note from the Rewards page: 125,000 GC and 1.75 free SC. It is available on your verified birthday and for six calendar days afterward.

Your account must be at least 30 days old, and your date of birth must match your identity records. The reward is limited to one per calendar year. Purchase history and Chumba Circle tier do not affect eligibility. The SC portion has a 1x playthrough requirement.

How to Claim Chumba Spins Promotions

The claim process depends on the offer. Some rewards require only a daily check-in or a visit to the Rewards page; others require opting in, entering a code, or selecting a particular package. Read the offer details before claiming so you can note its eligibility rules and expiration time.

For a purchase-associated SC offer, you can use the corresponding free route through Rewards → Free SC Entry during that offer’s stated window. Complete the account verification check and select the relevant offer. The purchase and free routes share an entitlement, and the free route does not require a purchase, purchase history, or loyalty status.

Promotional rewards may be subject to identity, residence, and location verification. Participation is limited to adults aged 21 or older, or the higher minimum age that applies locally, who are physically present in permitted jurisdictions. One account per person is allowed.

Promotional Terms and Redemption

Before participating, review each promotion’s terms, including its claim window, qualifying action, eligible games, and any account or location requirements. Unclaimed rewards and spin entitlements expire at their stated deadlines. Unplayed promotional SC expires 60 days after credit; credited GC has no promotion-specific expiration.

Promotional SC requires one completed play at 1x its credited value before resulting eligible winnings may be redeemed. SC-enabled non-progressive slots contribute 100% toward this requirement. Progressive-jackpot games, table games, and video poker do not accept unplayed promotional SC. GC gameplay, tournament credits, and complimentary GC spins do not count toward SC playthrough. Unplayed promotional SC is used before eligible winnings in SC mode, and transaction history identifies promotional credits and resulting eligible winnings.

GC and SC remain separate. GC has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or converted into SC. SC are free promotional entries for eligible sweepstakes games, not cash balances. Unplayed SC cannot be redeemed directly, and losing play does not create a redeemable balance. Each eligible SC represents $1 of prize value, subject to applicable rules and redemption checks.

Cash-prize requests require at least 100 eligible SC; gift-card requests require at least 25 eligible SC. Available payment and gift-card options depend on jurisdiction. Prizes are issued only to the verified account holder. Cash-prize requests require a supported payment account in that person’s name. Standard review takes three to five business days after complete documentation, with additional time possible for payment-provider delivery. Game payout limits and published sweepstakes prize limits continue to apply.

Daily rewards, Passport milestones, birthday rewards, and Community Drops may run alongside package offers. Only one package enhancement or purchase code can apply to a transaction. Self-excluded accounts cannot claim rewards, enter events, or purchase GC. Account limits and marketing preferences remain in effect regardless of promotional or loyalty status.
